One of my favorite holidays is almost upon us! 
I am SO excited to whip up some Irish meals and celebrate my heratiage with family and friends!

I may be biased but I love my super easy Dairy Free (and vegan) ButterCream I made for my Valentines Day Cupcakes which spurred on this recipe.
Baileys new Almond milk liqueur is a gift from the Dairy Free Irish gods!
It's also gluten-free so perfect for making into a frosting and topping on some gluten free cupcakes for your St.Patricks Day party.
Just dye them green and call it a day!

Vegan Baileys ButterCream Frosting
Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Vegan frosting, perfect for your St.Patricks Day themed Cupcakes
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup, softened (2 sticks) Earth Balance Vegan Butter Sticks
  • 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Baileys almande almondmilk liqueur
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
In a mixer, blend butter and slowly add in powdered sugar. Add more powdered sugar to mix if you feel the taste is too buttery.Once blended, slowly add in Bailey's slowly. Follow with the 2 tsp of vanilla extract.Top your cupcakes immediately. If serving later, store icing in the fridge.
