
Sticky Garlic Noodles - Vegan and Gluten Free
One of my personal favorites. You'll be going back for seconds! Easy, simple, meatless, and filling!
Ingredients
- 16oz Gluten Free Spaghetti or Rice Noodles*
- 6 Tablespoons Vegan Butter
- Green Onions
- 3 cloves minced Garlic
- 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar or Coconut Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- Any Toppings of your choice
Instructions
Cook noodles according to directions. Just be careful not to make them too early as they tend to clump.In a saucepan (or a wok), melt the butter.Add the green onions and cook until fragrantNext, stir in the sugar and keep siring till dissolved.Then add the soy sauce and mix all together.Toss in the noodles and mix till sauce covers the noodles.Top with your favorite protein or veggies. My personal favorite is marinated cooked tofu with broccoli.
