If you didn't catch last years post I highlighted some of my favorites essentials for meal planning which, in my opinion, is SO crucial to living a healthy lifestyle.One of those essential tidbits were these calendars. I use them to write out my meals from week to week. They are the PERFECT size for doing so and they also look nice a pretty up on the fridge.
