I eat salads every day for lunch. And when I say every day, I mean EVERY DAY.
Because I eat them every day, I tend to spruce up my salad with a change of leafy green's and even a unique dressing.
Taylor Farms has some great leafy greens to change up any salad. I personally love a good spinach salad! Spinach is low in fat and even lower in cholesterol, high in niacin and zinc, as well as protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E and K, thiamine, vitamin B6, foliate, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and manganese.
Phew that's a lot.
Taylor Farms is a family owned and run operation in California. They believe in providing consumers with wholesome fresh foods all year round!
I picked up my Taylor Farms organic goodness from my local Health Food store. But they also can be found at your local Kroger, Target, or Meijer!
I whipped up this great poppy seed dressing with some ALWAYS amazing StonyField Greek Yogurt.
This dressing is perfect for a cold summer salad. I could even see this tasting amazing over a nice broccoli salad too!
