Tuna Burgers

A tuna burger recipe is probably not the most exciting or enticing to some people. 
However, it is a family favorite, a meal I grew up on, and the husband approves, so to me it's worth blogging about. :) 
The hubster was even disappointed when he realized we wouldn't be having Tuna Burgers till later on in the week.
Tuna Burgers. Gluten Free.

Here is how to make them:

4 Cans of Wild Caught Tuna (5oz) :: what I used  ::
1 cup of Gluten Free Bread crumbs
2tsp Lemon Juice 
A small onion cut up and minced
1 cup of Mayonnaise ( I use Just May
1/2 cup of chopped celery 
4 Gluten Free Hamburger Buns
Old Bay (Optional) 

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. 

Form into little patties and place in a sauce pan with a little bit of olive oil.

Cook on each side till brown 

Plate and Serve! 

Serve with your favorite burger sides. Ours are organic steamed broccoli and Cascadian Farm french fries :D 
I also did not have my favorite Udi's GF Hamburger Buns on hand:( 
so I had to resort to the old "lettuce wrap bun".
It was still delicious never the less 

(Btw if you are curious, the white stuff under my burger is mayonnaise. I like to add a little bit to my burger :) )
